Cops and Monsters on Amazon Prime – 27th October 2017

As of October 27th all 8 episodes of Cops and Monsters series 1 will be available to watch EXCLUSIVELY on Amazon Prime.

All of our episodes will be removed from our official YouTube channel on the 26th of October. However cast interviews, trailers, previews and more will still be available.

The remaining perks for our recent campaigns will be posted out by the end of November. Thank you for your patience. We had been waiting for series 1 to be completed, as well as the behind the scenes featurettes for the finale, to include these on all DVD and blu-ray perks.

Series 2 – Script Submission Updates

We received over 300 script submissions for our open-call for series 2 writers. With 194 valid scripts, we whittled them down to a long-list, and then a short list of around 10.

Thank you to everybody who sent in their scripts, we were delighted to read them!

In November we’ll be holding meetings with our short listed writers.

We hope to announce exciting news for series 1 very soon, as we look into finalising crowdfunding perks from our last couple of campaigns, sending them off by the end of November.

In the meantime be sure to catch up on our series 1 finale, which was released a month ago today!

Now we will promote the full series, plug it everywhere that we can and seek funding to make a 2nd, bigger series for you all to enjoy in 2018.

Trapped Updates

Our next episode, “Trapped”, a spin-off minisode starring Katrina Bryan, Joanna Harte and Victoria Gibson, is currently in post production.

The episode has now been colour graded and the score and sound effects are being completed. Once this is done we will be sending a private link to our backers before making up DVDs and blu-rays for those who supported our Kickstarter campaign. Then a date will be set for the episode to be released to the public.

We will be holding a red carpet event in Glasgow in August where all of our episodes will be screened for our cast and crew, plus invited guests. Tickets will be made available shortly so please keep an eye on our social media pages and official website for details.

With episode 9, our series 1 finale, now complete and being edited, we would like to thank every single backer and supporter who has helped made series 1 possible.

We are currently accepting spec scripts from potential series 2 writers and we hope to start funding our 6-part series early next year to film in Spring/Summer 2018.

Thank you again for all of your support and love from everybody at Cops and Monsters.
